“If there is a will, there is a way. Take action, fight and be around the people who will make you believe that everything will work out for you”
Nino Tsibadze is currently working as a registrar at the clinic.
I am a journalist by profession. For years I was busy raising children. Being a housewife requires a lot of time and energy. At that stage, I thought that it would be difficult to balance work and family responsibilities. However, people are social creatures, and one day I realized that I desperately needed a job.
When I first went to the Employment Center I was confused. I didn’t know what field to try myself. One thing I wanted was to find a work environment where I could learn new skills and grow professionally. As a result of interviews with employment consultants, an individual assessment plan was made tailored to my skills and abilities. The need for career orientation training was highlighted. I went through all the stages consistently. Employment consultants have not only helped me find a job and enhance my skills but have also made a transformative difference in me. Fears seemed to disappear somewhere. I had a feeling that I would overcome all obstacles and win. And so it happened. Today, I work as a registrar in the clinic. I love communicating with people and take the assigned duties with great responsibility. The clinic allowed me to do an internship with professional mentors, which helps me in my successful work.
I think the employment center is the best opportunity for a job seeker to find the desired job. However, I think the most important thing is to find yourself and make transformative internal changes that change life for the better.
