“Always try to find an opportunity in your own region to contribute to its development”
Beka is currently working as a problem loan officer at Credo Bank.
I graduated from the Faculty of Sociology and soon got a job. I was still living in the capital when the pandemic started. The company I was working for faced financial problems, so I had to leave the job. I decided to return to my native Racha. I believe that all of us belong to the place where we were born and bred. Thus, I came to Racha and started a household myself, at the same time I started looking for a job.
My mother told me about the Employment Center. I did not hesitate and went to the Center. I told my story to the employment consultants. They registered me in their database of job seekers; They found out about my interests and competence and started looking for a suitable vacancy. Soon a job appeared, but unfortunately, it did not match my skills and interests. I did not lose hope though as I had a gut the right job would appear at the right time. And so it happened, the employment consultants called me and told me about the vacancy of a problem loan officer at Credo Bank. I went to the interview believing in myself. Fortunately, I turned out to be the person they were looking for. My expectations were met, the environment at work is very friendly and most importantly, every day brings me closer to my native Racha.
