Maia Gogidze is currently working as a manager of the learning process at “Amagi” college.
I am a master of education management with a work background in the non-governmental sector. My passion has always been professional and active relationships with students and people working in the education field. Accordingly, I applied to the Education Development and Employment Center as a job seeker based on my experience and interests. Until then, I knew the organization well from work meetings and various programs, as the civil society sector united us. As you know, there is always close intersectoral cooperation between them and mainly between civil society. That’s how I got to the EDEC’s Employment Center. There are fewer opportunities in the region and was hard to find a job that matched my interests. The employment consultants assessed my abilities, gave me the proper career counseling, and offered a suitable vacancy. I gave a month’s internship at “Amagi” College and got a job as a training process manager in September 2022. I feel very comfortable and fulfilled here. I am doing what I love and it makes me happy. I consider I am exactly there where I should be.
