I am an active person. I think that we should always be in search and discovery of changes. You never know where you will find yourself, and you can never say what job will fit you. What seems conventional today can become an engrossing tomorrow and change your life. The same happened to me when I went to the Employment Center and registered as a job seeker. I am a biologist, but it’s almost impossible finding a job in my profession in the region. So I decided to try my luck in another field. As a result of intensive consultation with Employment Consultants, an individual assessment plan tailored to my skills and interests was created. Soon, they got in touch and offered to participate in digital technology training. It was a good opportunity, and I gladly accepted the offer. After the training, they called again and told me about the vacancy at Liberty Bank. I went to the interview and successfully passed it. Although I could not imagine myself working in the banking sector, I found out that successfully coped with this challenge. I love the working environment, and engaging people around me, they make me more productive and motivated. I will advise young people: don’t be afraid to try your luck in different fields, take risks, take bold steps, and try yourself in many places and I promise you will find a job where you will feel comfortable.
