Nana Tsotsonava joined the Education Development and Employment Center in 2017. She was the coordinator of the Education Program and was in charge of the corresponding development and coordination of projects. Prior to this position, Nana was EDEC’S Fundraising Coordinator and responsible for mobilizing resources and identifying fund opportunities. Nana was the manager of the project “ESCape – Employment, Support Counseling to meet the Labor Market Needs”. Currently, she is the manager of the project “Fostering Youth Social Entrepreneurship and Practical Career Management Skills in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia through the Innovative Social Student Companies (SSC) Approach”.
Nana has worked in the banking sector for 15 years. Initially, she was a universal operator at the TBC Bank and later became the head of the operating group at the Bank Republic. She also worked as a program assistant at the Charity Humanitarian Center “Abkhazeti”.
Nana received her academic education at Akaki Tsereteli State University and has a master’s degree in English philology. She holds another degree in business and management from the Georgian State University of Subtropical Agriculture.
