Nona Okropiridze is currently a nurse at the School of Sciences in Gori.

“I am an internally displaced person and all my life I wanted to start a job, but I had no work experience. At the same time, it was difficult to find a job that fitted me in terms of territory and schedule. I tried to work in a medical institution, but I had to work night shifts, which was impossible in my situation. I heard about the Employment Center at the meeting and decided to go there. The employment consultants gave me counseling, profiling, and my employment plan was created. Later, I gained my competencies in interview techniques, preparing a motivational letter, and a resume. The Employment Center managed to find a job tailored to my requirements and needs, which I found incredible.
